Services

Plumativa provides marketing, branding, graphic design, web design and development, and social media marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and terms of each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal and/or service agreement provided to the client before work commences. All services are subject to the terms of that agreement in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Plumativa or its licensors and is protected by applicable UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without prior written consent from Plumativa.

With respect to client deliverables: upon full payment of all agreed fees, Plumativa assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the final, approved creative work produced specifically for that client engagement. Plumativa retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for each engagement are specified in the relevant proposal or service agreement. Generally: a deposit is required before work commences; the remaining balance is payable upon project completion or as agreed in the service schedule. Plumativa reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are overdue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under applicable UAE law.

Revisions and Scope

The number of revision rounds included in each project is specified in the relevant proposal. Work that falls outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before additional work commences.

Confidentiality

Plumativa treats all client information — including business data, financials, strategies, and operational details — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without written consent, except where required by law. This obligation of confidentiality continues after the conclusion of any engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Plumativa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our Website or services. Our total liability to any client in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by that client for the relevant service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
